Dr Chirag Patel grew up in Kent and graduated from King's college London in 2006 and has been practicing in Central London since with a high demand patient base.

Chirag provides the highest level of care with kindness and has a particular interest in  cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He has completed courses in Advanced Concepts in Cosmetic Dentistry at the California Centre for Advanced Dental Studies and takes great joy in transforming the smiles of his patients. His demeanour is friendly, informal and relaxed which really works well for even the most anxious of patients. Chirag is honoured to have studied implant dentistry under the acclaimed Dr Hilt Tatum at the Tatum Institute, London. In addition to his wide and varied skillset, Chirag has accumulated a depth of knowledge in general and restorative dentistry which he continually updates on.

Dr Meera Vekaria is a highly skilled and experienced dentist who has been practicing for over 10 years. She has a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry and has completed advanced training in these areas. Dr Meera was inspired to become a dentist having observed her father – Dr Balwant Vekaria, from an early age. She feels privileged to now be a co-owner of this beautiful dental practice; London City Smiles, and feels grateful for the opportunity to work alongside her father and continue his legacy. Dr Meera takes great pride in providing quality dental care to her patients and is committed to upholding the high standards set by her father.

Dr Vinesh Patel graduated from Queen Marys University and the Royal London in 2007.

Dr Vinesh Patel's ethos is  patient focused , his wide skill set has enabled him to always give patients options that consider their wants as well as needs. His training in aesthetic dentistry is driven by long term management, taking particular pride in helping even the most anxious of patients. His calm and relaxed personality will make you almost forget you are at the dentist.

Dr Patels' foundation in all aspects of restorative dentistry compliments his abilities in clear aligners, composite bonding and implantology.

Dr Benjamin Poon is an associate dentist who has been working at the Calverley Dental Practice for 3 years. Dr Poon Qualified from King’s College London in 2020. Dr Poon is a general dentist with a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatments) and he is pursuing post-graduate qualifications in this field. Dr Poon’s approach to clinical work is to always give his all working with his patients to achieve the best possible outcome, with a kind and empathetic attitude and an extreme attention to detail.

Dr Poon is happy to welcome Dr Helen Poon’s and Dr Nelson Poon’s patients and offer care they should find familiar!

Poppy is a dedicated hygienist and is passionate about educating patients and supporting them in their journey to achieving good gum health.  She was nominated in 2014 for the Hygienist of the Year award. She has been qualified since 2004 graduating from King’s College London. She has a particular interest in treating patients with chronic gum disease and is also very good with nervous and phobic patients. When not working as a hygienist Poppy loves to spend time outdoors with her horse and two dogs plus the chickens!

In her spare time she is also a volunteer Community First Responder with the South East Coast Ambulance Service. When on-call she responds to 999 emergency calls. She keeps up her life support skills with regular training with the ambulance service.
